\nToday we have a pleasant weather. Last night there was heavy rain. But yesterday everybody experienced an irritable extreme heat throughout the day. And due to last night heavy rain weather is very comfortable and we are experiencing an enjoyable morning.
\nSee how nature is balancing and we are also gifted with such beautiful body which can feel heat, coolness or any abnormalities in temperature without using any measuring instrument. How nicely there is a balancing factor in nature. There is a supreme power which is governing this universe and maintains a perfect balance as well as controls and manages everything.
\nYou can also learn from nature. You have lot of potential. You can organize an event. Try to design for that. Do proper planning and try to execute that. You can make it sustainable by using your energy and not your teacher\u2019s energy. Let you take whole responsibility. This small experience will help you to become an entrepreneur .At first you have to small efforts and then in the long run it will bring good result one day.
\nOur small good habits of today will bring good return tomorrow. If you start doing small things and get success then in future you will be a successful person. You should try to execute small events like organizing workshop, seminar, compition etc.Only think \u201cI am responsible.\u201d
\nSome people never like to take resposibilty.But without taking responsibility you can never be successful. Don\u2019t depend on others. Try to develop leadership skill, organizing skill. Be a good leader and teach others by setting an example.
\nA good fisherman doesn\u2019t give his child a fish, but teaches him to fish. In that case the child will learn the technique of fishing? And they can learn their livelihood. They will not be dependent on their father. Otherwise if the father gets the fishes for his children they will be dependent on them and then what will happen when the father will die?
\nYou also learn this technique. Be independent. Take responsibility, take your own decision and use your judgmental power. Like this don\u2019t take anything every day. Try to give something. Give some assurance to your father. Someday tell your father \u201cI am here to do something for you, I am with you. \u201cInstead of asking him to be with you always .Say \u201c\u092e\u0948\u0902 \u0939\u0942\u0901 \u0928\u093e\u201d to as many people you can .But not only say but mean it. Really do something. Then you will become a successful person.
\nOnly bookish knowledge will not help. Have practical experience. Management is not what that which is learnt in the class from books only and just to vomit the knowledge during examination.
\nManagement teaches how to manage life practically. Be polite, be humble and let us empower ourselves not by empowering our muscles but by empowering our brain. The true empowerment can be done by meditation .For that we will take help of the powerful mantra of Buddhisim \u201cOM MANI PADME HUM\u201d and charge our whole body with positive vibration <\/span><\/p>\n
