Every problem has got a solution. Mind can help you to solve your problem provided you have control over your mind. Intellect is above mind .Intellect determines what is right and wrong.
\nBy meditation we can control our thought process. But if we are not interested in meditation then you develop stress. Stress is a form of pain where we need to change. People say now a days they have stress, depression, tension, hypertension etc. AS if these are medals and we feel proud to carry all these.
\nIf you are not in meditative state then your mind will wander here and you will not be able to concentrate. You will feel mad and restless, you will get migraine pain. You can go round the world in search of peace but you will not able to get it anywhere.
\nLike lord Ganesha took only one round around his parents and got the same satisfaction which lord Kartikeya got by taking round the whole world.
\nIf you are peaceful you will get peace in every corner. You will feel happy always. Happiness is an attitude. You don\u2019t have to go around in search of that. People plan foreign trips in search of happiness, they don\u2019t realize that happiness can be found within oneself.
\nSo let us be focused and do meditation by chanting \u201cOM SHIVAYA NAMA\u201d with proper rhythm.
\nYou should also know the meaning of\u201d Shiva\u2019. It means peace. This peace means power, energy and positivity. By taking these positive qualities let us do work with awareness .Then we will get success always..<\/p>\n
