There is an important question which anyone can ask you any moment. And if you know the real answer it can take your depressions, tensions, negative feelings outside.
\nQuestion is “are you beautiful?”Someone will think the answer is “no” because they are aware of their external look. But if your answer is “yes “then also people may challenge you by saying “we don’t think so”, “what makes you feel so?”
\nThese questions may come again and again to you until and unless you are confident, People may try to put you down, lower your confidence level.
\nTrue answer is “yes I am beautiful because I am caring, I love every person and my thoughts are beautiful which makes me beautiful. You should feel your inner beauty that adds to your looks. See how much compassion, love, attitude and positivity you do have. You are observing only from outside.
\nUnderstand that your physical beauty may fade away with years to come but you can grow beautifully internally from inside which will reflect in your nature.
\nWhen you will be appreciating yourself then others will also appreciate you. If you have doubt then you won’t be able to smile properly. Feel the real beauty and inner strengths.
\nFeel that you are different from the crowd, say that “I’m special because I take care of others, I want to help everybody, I make people happy around me “.If you know the definition of “real beauty” then there will be no need of visiting beauty parlors.
\nWe do look for color, complexion, height while searching for right life partner but we hardly think that real beauty lies inside. Let us strengthen our real inner beauty and take time to look inside. By meditation we can gain inner strength and grow beautifully day by day. Let us bring positivity by chanting a powerful Mantra with full concentration<\/p>\n
