\nSometimes instead of giving respect to self this self respect brings ego to yourself. Biggest disease is \u201cEgo\u201d. Neither it can be identified by any medical test nor there is any cure in medical science .All other diseases like Typhoid, Viral fever, Malaria etc. can be identified by medical test and can be cured by prescribed medicine .But those who are suffering from the disease of Ego cannot realize their problem. This is the problem which does not allow you to come close to knowledge.
\nActually if the problem is defined then there can be a solution. But this ego problem cannot be detected at all. So how can you get the solution? Due to this problem you suffer a lot- sometimes with anger, or with depression or with irritation.
\nBut if you really want to identify this problem, follow a simple method. If someone close to you, who is dear and near to you point out something wrong in you and you feel irritated or get angry then you are suffering from \u201cEgo problem\u201d. Your Ego will never allow you to listen to others. In case you can realize with what intention the other person is speaking and who is speaking and why they are pointing out your mistake, you can give a patient hearing then you are free from Ego problem
\nIf you are not a good listener you cannot get knowledge. if you do not listen to your employer then you cannot do any good job .If you do not listen to your parents or teachers you cannot achieve success in your social life. Giving respect to my opinion always is my ego and giving respect to others is myself respect.

\nWhen you do listen to others and give respect to other\u2019s opinion then you gain knowledge. Unfortunately those who do not listen they learn from trial and error method.
\nIt is always better to learn from teachers and say thank you to teachers so that you can learn something from them. Otherwise teachers will come and go but you may not receive the knowledge. When you are thankful to teachers then you are ready to listen.
\nIf you feel you are always right, then you are suffering from \u201cEgo \u201cproblem and you can never learn from others. Better accept your problem, and then only you will get a solution. Try to live \u201cEgo \u201cfree life. And try to be a good listener.
\nLet us be united with nature and listen to the chirping of birds and feel the cool breeze and pause for a moment. Make yourself free from all thoughts and charge yourself with \u201cOM\u201d mantra.<\/span><\/p>\n
