\nFirst principle<\/strong>
\nTo win the battle you need
\n1. Determination.
\n2. To be well prepared beforehand.
\n3. To win or to get success not only will power to win the battle is sufficient but also proper preparation with a willingness is a must.
\nSecond principle<\/strong>
\nBelief is a magical word.
\nBut don\u2019t belief according to other\u2019s opinion or on things because it was written in holy books or told by your Guru or teacher.
\nBut belief only which you have experienced ,which is logical, which is tested by you and which is for the benefit of humanity and which brings happiness to many people.^^cgqtu fgrk; cgqtu lq[kk;^^
\nHappiness is the most important thing in life. If the principle is universally good then it should be accepted
\nThird principle<\/strong>
\nNot only planning but trust on your planning is necessary. If planning is good decisions will be good. Good planning with devotion and strong belief can turn impossible to possible.
\nOptimist finds opportunities in every situation .Pessimist finds failure in every situation. Success and failure depend in the attitude of individuals.
\nLet us use our power fully. Let us be resourceful. With. good mind condition we can do good work.
\nA good teacher can transform many students. For right teaching environment we should be creative .Thoughts make our surroundings.
\nWE can become a confident teacher like Chanyakay and make our teaching effective if we remember following things:—–<\/strong>
\n1) Technique is very important.
\n2) Lessons should be prepared early before hand properly.
\n3) Methodology is very important for transformation.
\n4) A good command on the subject.
\n5) Should be confident .
\n6) Should be able to deliver the knowledge with courage and authority.
\n7) should have original idea and practical way of convincing the idea.
\nBelief is very powerful .If you know yourself as well as your students then you can give 100% It\u2019s a must to understand student\u2019s psychology.Chanyakya one of the greatest teacher gave his instruction to his disciples in a very effective and confident way .we can learn from his principle and can become a successful teacher. Teachers can transform people in society .It is possible if more knowledge emerge with confidence using our own brain .teachers should have Zeal, willpower, desire to give more than the prescribed syllabus.<\/span><\/p>\n
