Often a question arises in our mind that if a teacher is competitive still why children can\u2019t have 100% achievement & learning. Also why in the whole class hardly 2-5% students are able to learn and grasp well whereas remaining 95% remain ignorant?
\nThe only answer to these questions is that the children can only learn if they have unconditional faith and respect for their teacher. Otherwise they can never achieve 100% learning.
\nIf you are interested to learn and are learning what you want, you will definitely learn effectively because all depends on one\u2019s interest and beliefs.
\nAs a counselor what I found was that in most of the cases the teachers were not able to understand the levels of their students. If a teacher is well aware of the level of his students and the methods by which students interests can be sustained in learning, then no doubt the students\u2019 achievement levels will be remarkable.
\nSo today, I am trying to explain something you by understanding your learning levels.
\nLet\u2019s take an example of your mobile. I feel you all are like a mobile. I can very well predict your charging levels.
\nSome of you are 90% charged, some are 70%, few may be 10% charged out and there may be few who needs charging and are almost in defused state. Their battery will fail in no time. After that their condition is like a switched off mobile.
\nMobile can be charged, but is it possible to charge a human being? We think of charging our mobile but have we ever thought of charging ourselves? There are very few people in the world who really know hour much he\/she is charged. All of us should know the charging levels with which we have been blessed by almighty.
\nWe know the value of our mobile phones so we maintain it by regularly charging but have no idea what is the value of our incredible self and when did we need charging.
\nCharged or energetic people fill their surroundings with energy but a discharged person makes his surroundings dull.
\nSome people charge themselves 100% through meditation, positive thinking, positive behavior, words, and showing gratitude to others. But unconsciously they start their GPS system of their brain. As mobile battery is discharged because of many apps functional at the same time so is the case with the humans when they fill themselves with numerous unguided activities they discharge their energy completely and so their performance becomes poor.
\nWe should not waste our energy unnecessarily; we should not neglect our job, profession, passion. We can live a worth living life instead of dragging it. We should be concerned about our target and use our energy to achieve that.
\nTo be an effective teacher and effective learner we should be able to use our energy in a constructive way. Try to focus on increasing your energy level and concentrating capacity. Also, check yourself continuously and see whether they are not defusing or destructing your valuable constructive energy.
\nCheck yourself, charge yourself & change yourself.<\/p>\n
