\"4\"<\/a>We all differ in terms of basic nature and temperament as we all are made up of a unique D.N.A. Our thought reaches our subconscious mind and subconscious mind fulfills our all wishes.
\nIts just like if we think that ,”I am a very unhappy person, I am unhappy with my job, with my family, with my studies or with my friend”, then our subconscious mind will ask us, “if everything is so worse then what do you want”? And at that time our answer will be, “I hate my life, I don’t want to live or I want to die”.
\nIn such situations our subconscious mind will reflect those negative thoughts which we have some how provided it earlier and now they have become worse. Such thoughts will deteriorate our mental peace and physical health .
\nIf we are in a habit of doing unnecessary and unhealthy criticism then unintentionally we are dragging our body towards a big danger as it leads to the loss of mental peace resulting in physical ailments. Therefore, we must be careful while criticizing because it creates negative energy which harms us badly in the long run.
\nThrough many researches, it has been found that one of the main cause of cancer is excessive stress and unpleasant thought pattern. Due to corrupted thoughts in our mind we transmit negative vibrations which creates negative energy in our cells, and ultimately our D.N.A.
\nAs whenever we say something wrong or right, our subconscious mind sends that thought to our super subconscious mind. Therefore, its better if we accept all situation, event as it is. Even if a patient is in death bed or suffering from anuncurable disease then also by chanting Mantras positive vibration and energy can be created So,by chanting Maha Mrityunjay Mantra regulary whole-heartedly, it is possible to overcome such situation.
\nMaha Mrityunjay Mantra – Om TrayambakamYajamahe
\nSugandhim Pushtivardhanam
\nUrvarukamiva Bandhanan
\nMrityormukshiya Mamritat
\nWe worship Lord Shiva – The Three-Eyed (tryambakam) Lord (yajamahe); Who is fragrant (sugandhim) and nourishes (pushti) and grows (vardhanam) all beings.
\nAs the ripened cucumber (urvarukamiva) is automatically liberated (bandhanan) (by the intervention of the “farmer”) from its bondage to the creeper when it fully ripens; May Lord Shiva liberate us (mokshiya) from death (mrityor), for the sake of immortality (maamritaat).
\nWe pray to Lord Shiva whose eyes are the Sun, Moon and Fire, may he protect us from all diseases, poverty and fear and bless us with prosperity, longevity and good health.
\nVibration of this mantra creates energy in the cells of the body. This helps the body to recover from all types of ailments.
\nThe best way to start our day is appreciating more and replacing our corrupted thoughts or negative thoughts by suitable positive thoughts.
\nIt is better to count our blessings and stop complaining. Bless each condition and you will be able to say “I am a blessed person”.<\/p>\n
