By clapping we can energize our whole body and all chakras get activated. In our brain there there is a beautiful chip which is connected with the pituitary gland. Our spinal cord is connected with all seven chakras. Let us revise previous knowledge because repetition makes our knowledge permanent.<\/p>\n

As I had mentioned earlier that at the lowest end of the spinal cord is –<\/p>\n

1. The base chakra \/ root chakra whose colour is red and element is earth
\nFunctions : Physical body, life force (stability, patience, health) and to work with continuous enthusiasm.<\/p>\n

2. Just above it is Svadisthana Chakra whose colour is orange and element is water.
\nFunctions : Giving and receiving emotions, desire, pleasure, tolerance.<\/p>\n

3. Above it is Manipur Chakra whose colour is yellow and element is fire.
\nFunctions : Nervous system, will power, awakening power.<\/p>\n

4. Next above this comes Hearth\/Anahata Chakra whose colour is green and element is air.
\nFunctions : Energizes the blood and the body with life force, blood circulation, develops, divine love, compassion, contentment.<\/p>\n

5. Above this is Throat\/Vishudda Chakra which is sky blue in colour and element is Akasha\/Ether.
\nFunctions : Power of the speech, sound, wisdom, gentleness, kindness.<\/p>\n

Today we will learn about the 6th chakra which is Agna Chakra situated between the eyebrows. Its colour is indigo (dark blue) and element is light. Its qualities are self realisation, concentration and its gland is pituitary gland. It gives you correct vision and awareness. You can develop intuitive power and wisdom which is like the third eye or knowledge eye.
\nNow let us activate the Agna chakra. Focus at the centre of your eyebrow and chant the powerful ‘OM’ mantra.
\nFeel the peace and observe that only you can bring peace to yourself. Nobody can do this work for you. Nothing is impossible for you. Feel you are really very powerful. You have to find out the purpose of your life and try to achieve your goal. Also, go on giving what you receive. The more you give the more you get.
\nBROW\/AGNA CHAKRA
\nColor : Indigo (Dark blue)
\nElement : Light
\nFunctions: Vitalizes the lower brain (cerebelum) and central nervous system, vision
\nGlands\/Organs : pituitary gland, left eye, nose, ears
\nQualities : Soul realization, intuition, clairvoyance, concentration, peace of mind, wisdom, devotion.
\nNegative Qualities : Lack of concentration, fear, headaches, eye prob, detached from the world.<\/p>\n
