What gives you success in exam? Is it hard work? Is it time management? I feel it is due to your confidence. If your confidence is high, you will remember what you learnt and produce it during exam. Otherwise due to lack of confidence you will feel nervous and puzzled and may forget your answer.
\nBut every child can score 70% to 80% and above. Because according to science, physicians and psychiatrists we are using not even 2% of our mind power. If we can activate our brain more, then all children can get more than 70%.
\nSo to increase our confidence we have to do some action and that can be done by action-less-ness. Action means to do something, some work less means to do work without desire and ness means to work continuously.
\nIf you do work with passion and with compassion and go on working continuously, go on writing what you revise, taking time management in consideration then you will surely gain confidence and you will overcome fear.
\nIn our body in 1 cell there is minimum 8 GB memory power and in our body there are 50 trillion cells so we have 50 trillion multiplied by 8 GB memory. So we have a very good memory power.
\nWe all have Bodhi satta. We all possess power of God. We all are powerful souls”. By meditation we can live in this awareness and activate our ‘Chakras’ which are placed in our spinal cord. Our body has 7 chakras. At one end of our spinal cord there is root chakra \u00bcewyk\/kkj p\u00d8\u00bd- Try to take your mind there at the lowest end of the spinal cord. Realise we have tremendous mental power and chant “OM” with proper deep breadth and exhale. Focus on the root chakra which is denoted by red colour and activate this chakra.
\nBy this you will gain passion, compassion and will power. You will be able to shirk off your laziness and win the battle over your sleep and cease being comfortable and do more hard work. Due to weakness of this chakra people live with very low mentality. They neither can forget nor can forgive anyone.
\nIf you want to focus on your mind and think of doing something good or excel in exam, you have to learn to listen and try to do the things in perfect manner.
\nMake your life colourful wonderful and successful. Try to be happy and spread happiness around you. Love and be loved.
