\nWe are so restless with our internal turmoil that even while the prayer is going on we are not in tune with the prayer song. We are lost in our own thoughts<\/strong>
\nIn universe beautiful sounds are travelling. With these wonderful things are performing. But we cannot hear all these beautiful sounds as there is lot of noise going inside us. If no internal songs, which are not in tune, were there then we could hear beautiful sounds of chirping birds, or sounds of running water or dancing sounds of running falls and sounds of roaming \/thundering clouds.
\nWe are so restless with our internal turmoil that even while the prayer is going on we are not in tune with the prayer song. We are lost in our own thoughts .Sometimes while driving you are so much engrossed in your own thoughts may be you will run over your own parents. You don’t even know how much you are busy with your internal noise.
\nLike this life is passing by. We are never present where we are standing. And we cannot listen to the beautiful voice of the universe. Let us now focus inside and repeat that sound which is pronounced by Yuhudi or Muslims as “Omen” and by Christians as “Amen” or by Hindus as “OM” The meaning is same. Even Vaheguru repeats “Eko Omkar Satnam”Let us repeat one word “Om” with proper understanding Take a deep breath in and feel your whole body is churning with positive vibration of “Om” which consists of three words-Aa,U ,M . The first word should touch your lower part and second word U should touch your heart part and last word M should touch the centre of your head <\/span><\/p>\n

All of us do work but there should be consistency in our work. By continuous repetition of these words we can listen to our inner voice. We can live in awareness and do the right thing in right time.
