You can feel yourself infused with energy every time you perform this technique<\/strong><br \/>\nPranayama is a technique to make our energy powerful. We are all very powerful. Pran means breath. If we can breathe properly we can move from low energy to higher energy. Let us do three pranayams and learn their benefits.<br \/>\n1.Udgeeth or OM pranayama:-<br \/>\n\u201cOM \u201cconsists of three words \u201cO\u201d, &#8220;U\u201d and \u201cMA\u201d. Give proper weight age to each word and take at least 15 seconds while chanting each word.
