\nThe wonderful energetic annual orientation program URJA-2016 was started with the traditional way of prayer.
\nDr. Sanjay Biyani is not only a motivational Guru also an inspiring orator. Todays session is started with the vedio playing the song \u201cAll is well\u201d. Students were in high spirit. Dr.Sanjay sir took over the mike. He said \u201cclap for teachers .be a good learner You are very lucky .You are very powerful .by listening we get knowledge. Knowledge gives the power of decision.
\nTo learn one should be surrendered you should be dedicated to your work .Be a child .Stop judging .Start laughing ,go on smiling .You should spent some time with nature .Learn to express yourself. Dancing also helps you to express yourself.
\nYou can enjoy the day or be miserable \u2013choice is yours .Welcome every situation .Difficult situation takes out your potentiality .It brings perfection .Failure teaches us .If we win we get success; if we lose we learn a lesson.\u201d
\nStudents got a very valuable knowledge of Seven chakras placed in our body and their connection with our endocrine system.<\/span><\/p>\n

This was a power pack session. Students realize their inner power during meditation .Also they enjoyed dancing while a video showing Aysharya \u2018s dance was played .Dance helps whole body alignment .it is good for stress management .At the end of this session students gave lot of good feedback. They were happy because they dropped their hesitation, gain confidence ,involve themselves 100%
\nFollowing detail of the chakras will help anyone to do work with roper inspiration ,consciousness and get rid of confusion ,depression ,negative attitude.
\nCrown\/Sahasrara Chakra
\nColour :Violet.
\nElement: Thought\/Will
\nFunctions: Vitalizes the upper brain (cerebrum).Glands\/Organs; Pineal, cerebral cortex ,central nervous system ,right eye. Qualities: oneness with the infinite, spiritual will inspiration, consciousness.
\nNegative Qualities: Lack of inspiration, confusion , depression ,alienation ,senility.<\/p>\n

Brow\/Agna Chakra.
\nColor: Indigo((Dark blue)
\nElement: Functions: Vitalizes the lower brain(cerebellum) and central nervous system ,vision.
\nGlands\/Organs :pituitary gland ,left eye ,nose, ears.
\nQualities: Soul realization ,intuition ,clairvoyance ,concentration ,peace of mind ,wisdom ,devotion.
\nNegative qualities; Lack of concentration ,fear ,headaches ,eye problem ,detached from the world.<\/p>\n
