On Yoga day let us make three promises<br \/>\n1) we will drink at least 2 glasses of water early in the morning<br \/>\n2) We will do exercises for 3to 5 mins. daily in the morning followed by Pranayama.<br \/>\n3) We will spend with nature some time may be on our terrace or in park and thank God for the upcoming lovely day.<br \/>\nFrom my experience, I can assure you that after doing all that not a single day will go wrong.<br \/>\nYoga means to be united, to connect our soul with supreme soul, to do work with god awareness. A yogi cannot do harm to anybody. Take time for yourself .Love yourself .If you love yourself then you can love others.
