\nEntrepreneurship vs. Career or entrepreneurship vs. Job, how can it be understood?<\/strong>
\nIn today\u2019s time entrepreneurship has gained momentum in career opportunities. The literal meaning of entrepreneurship is courage and is linked with business tactics and skills. If you enjoy taking responsibilities, you have passion, courage and are hard working and want to work on your own then you can become an entrepreneur.
\nThe problem of poverty from our country can be solved not by beurocrats but by businessmen because they are a complete entity in themselves and capable enough to employ more and more people and providing them opportunity to earn bread & butter.
\nIf we connect business or enterprise and career we can solve all economic problems in the country.
\nWhat are the troubles one can face for becoming an entrepreneur?<\/strong>
\nIt\u2019s an interesting fact that who studied a lot got stick to jobs and those who didn\u2019t studied much like Steve Job, Bill Gates, Dhirubhai Ambani, Anil Agarwal etc. became successful entrepreneurs. They decided something and made all best possible efforts for attaining the same without giving much emphasis on the academic qualifications. Those who are very enthusiastic believe in the law of karma and have strong convictions can be successful entrepreneurs.
\nFor an MBA student who wants to set up any business what kind of fears discourage him?<\/strong>
\nKnowing that entrepreneurship can help in solving economic problems of our country but still people are hesitant for such opportunities. The main reason is that people have fear of failure. Out of 90% failure cases, 45% people face failure because they keep on thinking but fail to perform rest 45% people fail as they do but don\u2019t think. That means without proper learning and experience they jump into any business and face failure. Now the remaining 10% people are those who complete the basis three steps of successful entrepreneurship properly:
\nThinking
\nAnalysis
\nAction
\nAll the above mentioned steps lead to successful entrepreneurship.
\nDefine the success process of becoming a successful entrepreneur.
\nIn the process comprising of thinking, analysis and action, the second step that is analysis further comprise of 2 steps i.e.
\nObserving ideal entrepreneurs: Studying their actions, strengths, weakness, attitudes and way of thinking in detail.
\nUnderstanding: understanding whatever observes, associated how things need to be done, how people do and how we will tackle such situations.
\nAfter the completing the first two stages successfully if one performs then can attain success.
\nIn Indian context where economy is in developing phase, how should we implement the steps mentioned for being successful entrepreneurs?<\/strong>
\nThe first implementation can be from the very basic scenario of our society, where spending 40-50 Lakh rupees in reception & wedding is common. If parents don\u2019t spend such huge capital on wedding and give the money to their children and tell them to earn profit and double the capital, take risks, put lot of efforts and innovation. If they attain failure then also they will be profited by learning and experience also if they attain success their money invested will be doubled.
\nIf this outlook and attitude is adopted by every parent then our nation will be equipped by various brilliant entrepreneurs. As youngsters become engineer and CA\u2019s etc but lack capital and resources therefore can\u2019t be entrepreneurs. Therefore, this can lead to the solution of all their monetary problems.
\nYou being an entrepreneur which ways do you suggest by which the hindrances in the making of an entrepreneur can be removed?<\/strong>
\nFor becoming an entrepreneur the most important thing is courage and fearlessness. For courage Lord Krishna and Lord Ganesha have provided their valuable teachings. According to Lord Ganesha, right hand is for action and left hand is for reaction. Lord Krishna states, \u201cKarmanye Vadhikaraste, Ma phaleshou kada chana, Ma Karma Phala Hetur Bhurmatey Sangostva Akarmani\u201d, that means if you believe in law of karma, action. Also you are not a fatalist then it is an easy way for you and can become entrepreneur. As it can come with failure, risk, often disappointments and if you are courageous enough to bear it all then only you can become an entrepreneur. We also had a dream, started a career at small scale with two students, faced a lot of problems and after a continuous struggle of 20 years established our self successfully.
\nIn short to fail the failure is truly entrepreneurship.
